Family Involvement

We encourage families to be involved in every aspect of their child’s educational experience.

At Redwood Cooperative School, we recognize that it truly does take a village to help our students become lifelong learners. 

During a typical school year, families have the opportunity to volunteer in many ways. They may be assigned to volunteer in the classroom helping the classroom teachers. There are opportunities to attend field trips, volunteer in after school programs, come in to teach a lesson or read a book in an area of expertise, serve as classroom representatives, help with events and fundraisers, and even tend our garden and help with our school chickens!
